Weight Management

Medically Supervised Programs

Sustainable results start with science, not shortcuts — medically supervised weight management programs built around your metabolism, your health, and your life.

What We Offer

Kariah Healthcare Solutions offers medically supervised weight management programs designed for patients who need more than diet advice — they need clinical support. Our programs combine metabolic health assessment, nutritional planning, behavioral guidance, and when appropriate, pharmaceutical interventions to help patients achieve sustainable weight loss and improved overall health.

Every program is tailored to the individual. We do not offer one-size-fits-all plans. Your treatment begins with a comprehensive metabolic and health evaluation, and your program evolves as your body responds and your goals shift.

Who Is This For?

Our medically supervised program is designed for patients who need clinical guidance, not just a meal plan.

Adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with obesity-related conditions
Patients with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or metabolic syndrome seeking weight-related improvement
Patients who have not achieved results through diet and exercise alone
Post-bariatric surgery patients needing ongoing metabolic support
Anyone seeking a medically guided, evidence-based approach to weight management

Our Program Includes

Metabolic Health Assessment

We start with comprehensive bloodwork, body composition analysis, and metabolic rate testing to understand your baseline and identify any underlying conditions affecting your weight.

Personalized Nutrition Planning

Our team develops a nutrition plan based on your metabolic profile, food preferences, cultural considerations, and lifestyle. This is a clinical nutrition strategy, not a generic calorie-counting sheet.

Behavioral Health Support

Sustainable weight management requires addressing the habits and emotional patterns around food. We incorporate behavioral counseling techniques to build lasting, meaningful change.

Pharmaceutical Options

When clinically appropriate, we may recommend FDA-approved weight management medications as part of your treatment plan, with ongoing monitoring for safety and efficacy.

Ongoing Accountability and Monitoring

Regular check-ins, progress labs, and plan adjustments ensure your program stays aligned with your body's response and your evolving goals. You are never left to navigate this alone.

Note to Client: Please confirm whether Kariah prescribes GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro) as part of the weight management program. Also confirm whether nutrition counseling is conducted in-house or referred to an external dietitian.

What to Expect

1

Initial Comprehensive Evaluation (45 to 60 Minutes)

Your first visit includes a full medical history review, lab orders, body composition measurement, metabolic assessment, and goal setting. We take the time to understand not just your numbers, but your lifestyle, challenges, and what has or has not worked before.

2

Personalized Program Delivery (Within One Week)

Within one week of your initial evaluation, you will receive your personalized program — including a nutrition plan, activity recommendations, behavioral strategies, and a visit schedule tailored to your pace and goals.

3

Biweekly Check-Ins (First Three Months)

During the first three months, we meet every two weeks to review progress measurements, adjust your nutrition and activity plan, monitor any pharmaceutical interventions, and address barriers to adherence. Progress labs are ordered as clinically indicated.

4

Monthly Ongoing Support

As you progress and your habits solidify, visits shift to monthly. Each session includes progress tracking, plan refinement, and ongoing education. We celebrate milestones and recalibrate when the plan needs updating — because your body changes and your program should too.
